Member Experience Survey Results Last year, we asked Insight Community members for feedback on their member experience. Here is a summary report of your feedback. Thank you to all the Edmonton Insight Community members for engaging with us! ~ City of Edmonton research team 311 Changes Hours of Service The hours for 311 are being reduced from 24 to 12 hours a day beginning February 2nd, 2020. The new hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, seven days a week (closed statutory holidays). Information for programs and services can also be found on edmonton.ca. The changes to 311 hours are an effort by City Council to deal with reduced revenues and to keep tax increases down for citizens.
